I saw wayyy too many drunk fricks pissing in those.
When I sat up in the 600s with the plebs, we would all take a corner on the ramp and have look-outs so we could smoke and not have to go ALL the way down.

Seriously, I may be short, but last week I walked up to a urinal that started waist high. I've also been in bathrooms where they are 12" off the floor. There has to be a standard by now.

I seem to recall some bathrooms in Tiger Stadium where you basically stand on a ledge and piss on a wall. The water and urine would collect in a floor trough where it would drain away.
This seemed ideal as it worked well for kids, men of all heights, and anyone that happened to step up to the plate with full wood (happened to me once when a female friend spent a good portion of the game sitting on my lap).
We need more of these, though I suspect the water bill gets on the high side.

Adjusted Penis Size (or TMI) with the following formula:
((L*D)+(W/G))/(A^2)
Length times Diameter plus Weight over Girth divided by Angle of the tip squared
Example:
Randy has a penis that is 4.4 inches in length. Its angle is 32 degrees. It's flaccid girth is 1 inch in diameter. His balls are 7 cm from the base. Randy notes that the drift of his penis is 4 cm to penis right and its dead weight is 4.5 Kg. Therefore, Randy's adjusted penis size is 6.3 inches.
