When will the new "Super F&M's" open?

I drove by the new location on Tchoup & Third earlier today. The outside looks ready with tons of tables & chairs set up and two outside bars ready to go. Couldnt tell if the main building on tchoup had much progress.
Does anyone know when the new location is set to open?

Not sure Cuz, but the 6K square feet bar and 12K square feet patio portion will be a prime pussy slaying location for years to come... best believe Slime.
