Any advice? Every groom I have talked to says to enjoy the moment because it goes by in the flash of an eye.

I've also heard get your conversations out of the way early or the night before so you can dance the night away.

Any advice from the OT?

Don't smile during the wedding. Then in 20 years when you wonder why your wife left you and what you did wrong, maybe you will look back at pictures and just think you were unhappy from the get go and possibly convince yourself that you never loved her in the first place.

Talk to all of the old folks, some won't be at the next wedding you attend.

Do all of the "work" early (first dances, cutting cake, etc) then have the rest of the night to do what you want. And eat something or have them make you a plate for later.

Be careful what you do on the wedding night or else expect your greatest wedding present to come nine months later.

And, yes, prayers sent!

First off will you explain your screen name?

Are you one of those lady men protesting in N.C.?

2ndly, congratulations. I think it's a beautiful thing that you two have deep love and want to celebrate with a big party with loved ones. Enjoy the moment and create memories, but know that it's only the start of a new life together.

Happy wife happy life. Don't sweat the small stuff. Be a man and make her happy. 80% of your future happiness depends on her.
You have to choose to be happy. Marriage keeps you from over thinking everything and living in your own head too much, even when it is tough. Leave the damn seat down, it's not that big a deal!

Just remember one thing on your wedding day, your life will get a little shittier every day for the rest of your married life.

Just kidding.....I think.

Congrats.

Have someone bring you a plate of food before you go into the reception. You won't eat otherwise.
