Today is Back and Bi day with some cardio. I am trying to figure out if I go up in weight or just keep same for this week, just because.

Been hitting my macros on the nose the last few days. One benefit of being bedridden or very near it.. can't be tempted by food so much
Ribs are feeling much better. I can get in and out of bed, walk around, etc. without much pain. Mostly a functional adult again, but can't lean forward much and can't pick anything remotely heavy up. Follow-up with doc tomorrow afternoon, and likely returning to work Wednesday. Worked from home today and will again tomorrow.
Scale is waaaay ugly. With the saline given to me at the ER, swelling, pain meds, NSAIDs, etc.. i was up 10 pounds That's come down by 3 or 4 since Friday. I still have plenty of pain meds and advil to go through so the weight will stay a bit elevated for a few weeks. As long as it trends down while im on the meds I feel okay about it.
Hopefully my doc can give me a timeline of when to expect to be able to do some light exercise (walking) and work my way back into lifting.

Did my stationary after lifting today my legs felt fine as did CV. Said I was too 10% in speed also. Not sure if accurate though

Horrible day. I was dead, if felt as if I was lifting like I had never lifted before. Tate press the weights I couldn't balance at my normal weight. My spinaetus and terres muscles felt like they just gave away

Today was a Chest Day and then I did a 24 minute stationary ride. Changed my ride up though 1 minute <90 1 minute >110 intervals

It is back and bicep day today. Hopefully I can also ride for about 25 to 30 minutes and feel good after the workout.
