I did better than I thought I would this week with staying in check on the fly, but now I want to work on refining my fat sources and cutting some saturated fats for healthier fats, so that's the goal this week.
I did have 2oz of cheesecake Friday, saved all my carbs/sugars for the day so that it still fit my macros, even if it was a "cheat" it tasted good in the moment, but gave me a huge headache after, so I don't really have any desire to try that again.
I'm down 5.7lbs in 2 weeks, and most of that came this week, so yay for progress.

I went for my cheat meal and it made feel disgusting I had a breakfast burrito smothered in country gravy. Only ate half brought rest home. I'll end up throwing it away.
Next week for my cheat I'm going for steak

Only lost a pound this week for spring break. Having those smores every night at the resort and a few too many beers and wine. But still lost.

Been lifting fairly heavy the past few weeks so I think the scale ain't telling the whole story....pants are fitting much looser. Gotta crush my workouts today thru Thursday cuz come Friday I'll be sitting on a back of peas taking it easy for a couple of weeks.

Just broke 17 hr fast and did some chest and had a protein shake. Some boiled yard eggs shortly, then some chicken breast before i leave work... Lots of ground turkey tonite with a sweet tater. GAINZ

Where is the cliffs notes/executive summary of IF? lsu777's google drive link has tons of info that I'm sure is great, but I have no clue where to start. I really don't care about a detailed history of IF, I just want to know what the hell it is.
