The grits are the start. Sub those out for eggs, or if ya don't like eggs have some cottage cheese with blueberries maybe.

Grits are my favorite breakfast food. I've thought about starting threads on the topic of grits.

But when you spike your blood with sugar that early, it's hard to let it go at all for the rest of the day.

As far as nuts go, I've been nailing cashews lately. I get a big container at Sams and blow through it in a week or so.

Your first week will be aggravating, but it gets better and you'll feel better.

Thanks, ELT. Just pulled it up to read. And I swear to god if my boss asks me one more time how to print something from Word, I might go postal up here.

Ha...and here I thought grits were not that bad. OK, back to eggs and sausage. I can do that. I like eggs.

Just pulled out my grits box. I must have read the label without my glasses. It says 1g of protein. I thought it said 1 g of sugar. frick me!!

That's another one of your problems. Reading is waaaaaay overrated.

Not reading>Reading

No. Nothing. Watching news and drinking water.

Wish I had something for dessert. Any good healthy dessert ideas?

Haven't had it in a while. Last one I had was oatmeal. It was good.

I haven't had it since my initial obsession that one week last year. I need to give it another shot.

Is it a mere fad? I don't hear it as much as I did about 6 months ago.

Let me know how you like pistachio! Did you try PB cup?

Paul: I'm not sure. I don't know if we all quit buying it, or if it's so ubiquitous now that we don't feel compelled to mention it anymore. Def the former for me!

Is the Caveman diet useful? I see a lot of people on the keto diet. I need to get back into shape.
