A little more than the highest person in the thread, but not too high to seem implausible.

OT brag thread engage.

500 @ Canlis for my GF and I. However her ex picked up the tab via gift card for not taking her for a ride on the divorce.

Business dinner:

$1700 including tip at Cristiano in Houma. Of course I got to expense it.

Personal, probably $250ish at Charley G's in Lafayette.

I've signed for dinners over $3,000, but that wasn't my money so it doesn't count.

I will tell you the most expensive entree I've ever had was at the now defunct Le Creole. The waiter was going on and on about his backstory and how he created famous off the menu dishes. He goes on about something called "crab on crab on crab" It was something like a soft shell crab on top of a crab patty with lump crab meat piled on top.

Sounded good to me. I think that alone was $120.

Over $16,000. Context- about 60 guests of one of our biggest customers and their spouses, SO's. The price included venue rental, food, open bar and band. It was a lot of money, but it was money well spent!

My girl and I are planning on going to Square Root on her birthday, in a few months, and I know that place isn't cheap.

With the family: $52
By myself: $15

No reason to waste money on food. It's all the same.
