Looks like TAF replaced the old tv's with larger flat screens, painted the front pillars like those in Stadium Club South, and laid down that same kind of carpet that was installed in the SEZ expansion.
For comparison's sake, here's some old photo's of the club space...
...and Stadium Club South...
Stadium Club West
Looking good!

I love stadium club west so much better than the south.

Looked just like that last year. Sure they didn't make those changes in 2015?

To shield the sun. Without those it would extremely difficult to keep that area cool.

Congrats...
Maybe one year they'll replace this broken tube TV that's been facing the I-10 bridge for the past three seasons located at the north end of the EUD...

They look just like they did last season.

FRICKING THIS.... these old TV's are everywhere. especially in the south endzone and they dont work once people get into the stadium.

It's not just that this particular one doesn't work...it's been pointed AT THE PMAC for the past three seasons. I've tweeted at LSU football about this many times with no response. I'm about to see if I can buy a shitty tube TV from somewhere and bring it in myself and hook it up to the fricking coax cable and see if that will work for the first home game this season...

That was needed. Hope they kept the free ice-cream up there!

Why?
West club outdoor seats are ALL covered seating. Shielded from sun and rain. South club outdoor seats are not covered and you get baked when sun is out and wet when rains.
West club has indoor seats up against the glass looking toward field that run the entire length of the club section so you can watch game. South has limited indoor seats up against the glass to watch the game. I'm not sure why they built the south club without covered outdoor seating and don't know why anyone would pay the exorbitant amount for those seats.

That's so you can check the score if you're passing over the bridge.
