quote:You kinda have that backwards. They are not guilty for hiring him-only the guilty hire him.
that makes one guilty simply for hiring him?

I don't know why we bother with trials and juries.
My problem isn't with him providing a defense. My problem is his putting the victim on trial. Or clogging up the system to protect guys guilty of capital murder from getting the death penalty.
Plus he's a terrible human being. I take some solace that his personal life has always been somewhat of a shambles. His son is a real piece of work as well.
So, there's that. Hope he dies really soon.

He has taken on high profile cases pro bono in the past.. I guess do the big ones for free and charge the shite out of other more wealthy/guilty clients?

I had heard about 17 years ago that some prominent NE La families had hired a bounty hunter or hit man to dispose of him.
After hearing about is arrest I was saddened to see that he's still taking up space and consuming resources.

You're either being intentionally obtuse or you're dumb as a sack of hammers.

Well, why don't you tell me...
People who can present even the slightest doubt about their guilt don't pay the kinds of fees he charges for legal defense.
I don't know the man personally, but I have known a few of his clients over the years. They were guilty. He either got them off or got them a lighter sentence. That's what Mike Small does.

With omnipotence like this, I can't believe we waste so much time on the judicial system. We should just be asking for your opinion.

I used to have lunch with him on occasion, and he is certainly an interesting guy. He had a really good relationship with an ex-can't recall her name.

i used to work at hokus pokus.. he would drop a $5 on you just for bringing his bags to his car.. so he's an alright guy in my book!
