I'd go Porsche Macan if going small or Audi Q7 if large.
Considered both before going with my Jag sedan. Jag has a nice new SUV as well.

Do you have taste or are you just trying to be flashy? If the former, go with a Land Cruiser. The latter, a Range Rover.

I have driven nothing but Rovers the past few years, and i have 0 desire to be flashy.

Not out yet, but pretty sharp.
I would generally avoid first year/new model scenarios, but I have done and it worked out.

I agree, and i have actually seen a F-pace in person. they look sleek, but a little small for my taste

Is the LR4 a pretty solid choice then?

Well, all them birds the hood in your pic say otherwise.
Based on what I've heard from owners, Rovers have gotten much better. I'm still neutral on them, for now.
There isn't a sharper interior on the market, IMO, than what is in a Range Rover.

I love them for their utilitarian design. They are heavy and smooth on the road, and you can go anywhere in them. Definitely get the off road package which gives you low range 4WD. you can get the 3rd row seat option as well. I have a LR3 (the generation before) as a camp truck and it is a beast.
mine has the V8, now they have a V6

The only one that is 6 figures is the full size or a loaded out autobiography Sport. And they stopped being lemons when they broke away from Ford several years ago. Im sorry you dont consider them enough to do actual research on them and just listen to the sensationalized rumors

The craftsmanship that goes into the design of the interior, off road capability and exterior is unparalleled.
