Hayes has told the truth so far but shooting someone in the back doesn't justify self defense.

A gin being found in Smith's vehicle does nothing for Hayes if it was found in a concealed area.

This isn't saying much. It isn't illegal to have a gun inside your car. Nor does it show Will Smith had intent to use it. Your car is an extension of your home. I'm not saying there isn't more to the story but that doesn't mean jack. They could have found that locked in the console.

He was shot in torso and back. There is no scenario in my opinion that justifies both.
My hypothesis is Will says he'll get his gun... Cardell shoots once in torso. Will retreats to get his gun from his SUV and gets 3 more in the back.

More importantly was that it was fully loaded and hasn't been fired. Slam dunk case for the prosecution. Shooter will spends his days in Angola picking peas

Loaded vs Fully-Loaded. Does "fully-loaded" mean "loaded to maximum capacity" - meaning the gun had not been fired? Curios due to the speculation that Mrs. Smith was shot in the leg by her husband's gun.

NM - Just saw the clarification.
Hayes had to have been walking forward but at an angle that took him into the oncoming traffic lane in order to shoot Will within the door frame as well as into the passenger seat.

Hayes is a fricking a-hole, but Smith is kind of a dick too for hit & running the guy and then escalating the situation by bringing a weapon into it.
