Do yourself a favor and pick it up. Not huge on AAA bit titles but man this one is something special. Love the look and music.

Just spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to make my computer not block hyperlightdrif.exe from accessing graphics hardware, and I've finally found the solution hidden within NVIDIA's stupid control panel. It runs now. I'll give this one a go tomorrow!

I didn't find this game nearly as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Not bragging, but I had pretty much beat it the first week before the whole "it's harder than Dark Souls" talk started. I definitely got my arse kicked at times, but I think people are going overboard with the Dark Souls comparisons.

Controller. I'm not saying it was a cake walk and I definitely died a lot, but at no point did I think "this game is so hard!" Again not bragging because I think I'm a fairly average skilled gamer.

I think I need a controller. I've been a 25 year console gamer. Never played anything on PC. I'm simply not used to this keyboard and probably never will be.

I'm the same way. My brother in law has been a PC gamer his whole life and he always gives me shite for not using keyboard and mouse.

I tried this stage like 100 times and kept getting killed and I got fired up and yelled when I beat it last night.
Placement, aim and timing has a lot to do with success in this game.

I finally got around to playing this game again, and beat it. Might be in my top 5 for 2016. I absolutely loved this game. So now I'm reading up on all the lore, and theories of the story. Found this video on r/hyperlightdrifter, and it kind of blew my mind. Obviously do not watch if you have not finished the game, as it is heavily laden with spoilers.
