Tough call. It'd be really difficult to not just pop the little shits after they hit the guy, but most likely call the police and child protective services on their parents.
Legal experts of the OT if you were to physically restrain the two kids that actually assaulted you (and you had the video proof) could you get in trouble for just picking them up until authorities got there, even if the guardian was demanding they be let go?

Seems like more of an "openly racist parent" problem instead of an ADHD problem. ADHD does cause very impulsive behavior in children. Saying that, I never acted like that, my parents raised me to be a respectful person no matter the situation.

These little shite are like this becuase their parents are like that. Then to see the patents to act all shocked is complete bull. They know why they are the way they are. Mommy and daddy taught them to act this way.
