Cam losing the Super Bowl was the happiest sports fans have been since Lebron lost to Dallas the 1st year after The Decision

Lebron has lost subsequent finals since then but the 1st year was the sweetest for many. People were irrationally pissed about The Decision and were hoping it all blew up. Outside of Miami and Lebron fans, no one wanted the Heat to succeed. The Finals loss felt like vindication of every perceived wrong Lebron had committed that year. Same with Cam.

Which one was more satisfying for sports fans?

I was pretty happy when lebron lost vs the spurs and then again last year. Hell I smile a little when loses regular season games as well. Soon in 2 years or so when his athleticism is gone and he's still getting coaches fired and not winning titles will be the best though

It was pretty neat seeing both. Can't pick a favorite. Both were great. Thanks for the reminder.

define irrational. If he had said "I've looked around and I decided to go to miami" nobody would GAS. It was the whole TV special, calling it "the decision", and "not one, not two, not three, not four..." that irritated people. I wouldn't necessarily call that irrational.

Watching Cam shite the bed in the Super Bowl then show his true self afterwards was more fulfilling. About to go watch it again on YouTube.

Between your favorite team, avatar photo, and signature photo, I'm not sure if there is a more inflammatory troll on the MSB.

I mean for frick's sake would you just look at that shite.

I wouldn't compare them because Lebron actually has a ring.

Cam Newton imploding during the Super Bowl was literally the greatest thing for Cam haters to witness.

The one thing everyone was saying all year was that the Carolina defense was the #1 reason why they won so many games and that they don't get much of the credit they deserve.

This was followed by a bunch of laughter and "haha you mad" from Auburn/Carolina fans

Then on the BIGGEST stage, the Carolina defense did EVERYTHING they could to win the game, which they had done ALL year. But oh wait, the superman MVP was the one who cost them the game...just like everyone said all year that he was a benefactor and not able to carry his team.

Just a reminder, this defense did this to the superbowl champs:
- Sacked Manning 5 times
- Held Denver's offense to 194 TOTAL yards
- Held Denver's offense to 17 points (realistically 10 if it wasn't for the 2nd turnover at the goal-line)
- Held Denver's running game to 3.2 YPC
- Held Denver's passing game to 6.1 YPA
- Held Denver's offense to 3.5 yards per play
- Held Denver's offense to a TOP of 27:13
- Held Denver's offense to 11 1st downs
- Held Denver's offense to 1/14 on 3rd down conversions
- Forced two turnovers (INT and FR)

So I'm gonna say, Cam losing is infinitely funnier because he actually played like a bottom tier QB.

LeBron gets a lot of hate, but he was still an efficient 18/7/7 in the finals against Dallas (shooting 47.8/32.1/60.0). Those numbers are still above average numbers, Cam's wasn't even on par with Kaepernick's superbowl numbers.

Cam Newton being exposed for the punk that he is was one of the most satisfying things I have ever witnessed, that includes seeing Tori Black do reverse cowgirl.

The dab shite was so fricking stupid, his swag douche thing was so fricking stupid. And he got absolutely dominated in the biggest game of his career and choked in front of millions. Glorious. No one will ever forget how much of a bitch he came across as during that game, and after. The dab would've been on TV and everywhere for months and months, but it died that night. And the Camther fans that became insufferable, they were silenced.

Comparing Lebron and cam is ridiculous. Cam will never be on that level. Cam will never win a championship. Ever. But he's a good dude just doing his best in a fricked up world.

It's close but Lebron. I like him okay now. But back then I hated him and I loved every second of their loss.
