Delly was bad. He didn't know the game very well. But he kind of knew his weakness and rolled with it. Even when given a hard time, he did the best thing and played right along. Seemed to enjoy what he did and learned quickly. Did great with football, too. Got me to like him.

Chandler seems to be the exact opposite. Knows more about the game to start but would rather be elsewhere. I know people who work with him and it's true. Which is fine. He wants to move up. Nothing wrong with that. I'm not calling him bad at what he does. Hell, I gave him a few compliments here, too! But is it really a special talent to post a lineup?

Here's what you don't do though... You don't make fun of kids to try and set yourself apart. I don't care if it is a joke. And you don't tweet/talk about no hitters and perfect games while they're still going on.

Pretty sure I saw him hammered on a float this past weekend on St. Patty's day. Gotta love the work-life balance

Chrome is smarter than all of you illiterate dumbasses. Anyone hating on him is just looking for something to hate on, and probably jealous that they are working a government job in south Louisiana and not following the Tigers for a living

Can't believe people actually care about this.

Chandler is also a world renowned Vaper. The dude puffs clouds greater than the steam vents you'll find on a New York City street

He wants to beat up Condon because he called him out for criticizing the jr announcer at baseball games for mispronouncing names of players

Ask Chris Blair if he cares about it. Or thousands of other people who cover or play the sport.

Is it rediculous?! Absolutely. But it's taboo. You still just don't do it.

I agree teammates shouldn't bring it up to the pitcher if he has a no-no going.

The guy in the pressbox pointing it out won't affect things in the least, though.

Fans don't talk about it. Play by play guys stay away from it. Sports writers on Twitter often avoid saying things like, "he's still got a no hitter going through # innings". Rome did it. Does it matter to the game? Nah. But still; taboo. Hell, you can't even say a pitcher is doing well on TD without it backfiring on the OP if the pitcher starts to suck.

grew up with Chandler. He is a great dude, very knowledgeable and well spoken. Young and new to the business but a tiger through and through. He will be a good one, hopefully supplants some of those other hack writers.
