I'm going to the St Paddy's parade tomorrow and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the public drinking deal is in EBR? Hoping to drink some beers while watching the parade and just want to be on the safe side.

They won't care tomorrow on the parade route as long as you aren't acting like an a-hole.

It's illegal but is selectively enforced so you should be okay so long as you don't offend or piss the wrong person off.

90% of those participating/attending, will be consuming adult beverages. Act like an adult and you will not have a problem !

Very much illegal. But wouldn't you just feel horribly awkward drinking alcoholic beverages at a children's parade? For Shame. I can't believe you'd even think of consuming the demon liquor at such a wholesome event.

Literally anything goes. Unless you get too hammered. Then you're definitely on your own.
