Either use a receiver as a front end as others suggested or get an inexpensive HDMI switch. I've used one of these for years on my kitchen TV and it works great. You can also get a five-port model. These are automatic switches that search from the top for the first HDMI cable that is powered on. If you have something like a Roku or Tivo that stays powered on all the time, put it in the last position.

It's for a bedoom tv and already have a sound bar. So this might be my only option. I appreciate the response

This or switch your cable box (or whatever) to component inputs . picture quality should be very similar

I've used this one for a couple tvs and bought a few for family that needed more ports. LINK

I ran out of them on my receiver and I ended up trying a HDMI switch and the quality was awful.
I even bypassed the receiver to see if that was causing the issue and it was bad at best.

How many HDMI ports are there on your tv?
if there's 2, get a new tv.

If it is a Sony TV you can use ARC to add the number of ports on the tuner to the number of ports on the TV.
For example, my Sony TV has 4 ports, the Sony tuner has 4 ports=8 ports total.
I think Pioneer has something similar on their tuners.
