Three left knee surgeries, and one right knee surgery. All arthroscopic and had both knees done at the same time recently.

Plate and 6 screws in my right hand (broken first metacarpal) from a motocross crash. Cased a 60 ft. step-up.
But the big one is an anterior cervical fusion with discectomy and some major hardware at C5-6-7.
Multiple other disc tears and herniations in the cervical and lumbar regions, and to a lesser extent in the thoracic.
Here's my neck.

My 3rd leg sometimes needs a massage. Usually after a strenuous rub down, it releases toxins, then gets to a relaxed state.

Jesus Christ! Are you and Pocket Aces the same person?

Bad shoulder from a football injury. They told me I'd need surgery eventually. So far I've been able to avoid it. Doesn't give me too much trouble.

Horrible knees, and a shot throwing shoulder/arm from baseball, lower back was thrown out by deadlifting, ankles are tattered from rolling them too many times in basketball, and as of recent neck problems have developed. Due to all of this I've been seeing chiropractors and physical therapist for about a year and a half now. I'm in my mid twenties. I'm so fricked when I hit 40.

Recently tweaked my back. Have a damn herniated disc that's painful. Right now I'm treating it with exercise.

Exercise, physical therapy, epidurals...exhaust EVERY conservative option before even thinking about surgical intervention.

Avascular necrosis in my left ankle. Extremely painful to walk on. They want to fuse it but I'm not going to let them criple me anymore than I already am so I just take the pain with every step.

Checking in fellas. Habitual torn rotor cup. Should never have pitched game seven in the world series on 3 days rest. Just hasn't been the same ever since.
