Years ago I built a monster truck on a wagon float for my kid's parade at school. The hood looked like a panther head - it was The Prowler or something like that. Too lazy to dig up pics, but it was freaking awesome. Built a chicken wire frame and coated it with paper mache. I put over 50 hours into building it.

It's all about spreading a few smiles.

Better idea: Test ride while wearing the dog suit, then upload to youtube.

But seriously, if you have a chance, try and see how steady it is when you attempt to push it one way or the other. You'll get a good idea whether or not it's safe enough to pull. Of course, since it appears like it will be around children, stick to the safer side in judgment.
