You should get around 40% meat (on head on fish) to whole weight if I had to guess.

70 lbs trolling early in the morning at Mars after an over night trip. First and only yellowfin i have caught. Murdered the blackfin on that trip

Just jigging and it destroyed the bait
I was about 10-11 and it damn near ripped the rod out of my hands
