I always laugh when people say that quarterbacks aren't tough. Yeah, they're prima donnas for the most part I would imagine. But that doesn't mean that they can't take a hit or are pussies, shite, they're usually just standing there in the pocket waiting to take the hit.
Favre obviously comes to mind as the toughest ever. I also like the story my dad always told me about Tommy Hodson (may be true, may not) when it was one of his first starts as a Tiger (may have been his first start) and he bit off part of his tongue and still played. That was always impressive to me.
Who else ya got?

Steve McNair is the first one that came to mind.

Romo has played behind a shite O-line is entire career.

Jim Kelly is up there IMO

Brett Favre, easily. No QB today would play with the injuries or determination that he played with. QBs today wouldn't even think about running downfield to block a linebacker.

Damn, I didn't realize that he had that many injuries.

The Snake. No other like him.

He suffered a concussion and cracked sternum on the play. He played the rest of the season

Archie Manning, took constant beatings and always played well despite the "talent" around him
Posted on 2/14/16 at 10:45 am to Broseph Barksdale
Michael Vick was a tough dude, too.
