Thats my point. No matter how good he is he can't transform a team because of the nature of the sport so why guarantee him half a billion dollars when you could get 3 damn good players for that amount

local tv money. The ratings for espn games have gone down like 1/3 over the past couple years

these networks are pricing themselves in a corner... I read an article the other day that ESPN is in trouble with Disney because of the outrageous amount they are paying for MNF...
