That defense only gave up like 10 points per game or something stupid last season without a five-star prospect

In a nutshell why the LHSAA is going through the shite they're having to go through.

There are multiple private schools within Lafayette parish, including one basically a block away from Northside. I don't know how the LHSAA would approve this move out of parish. Shyt's about to hit the fan in Acadiana.

What's the problem here? Kid goes to Fla to play ball or to another school?

4 points a game. Gave up only 10 points in their last three games against Calvary Baptist, St. Thomas Aquinas and Riverside. Pretty ridiculous.

The school in FLA is not sanctioned by the LHSAA. The eligibility and transfer rules for the LHSAA are about 18 pages long. I'm just saying, based on my knowledge of the transfer rules, it's going to be interesting how they rule on this.

And I'm not one of these "anti-private" people crying because of recruiting. This kid is a future Tiger, and hope everything works out for him.

Way lower than that, they had like 6 or 7 shutouts

I know the ND DC well and was just joking how they need to upgrade their recruiting coordinators efforts. This will help!
Honestly, great for both sides. North side is a tough place for a kid especially one with a chance to "make it out". He'll be well received in Crowley. Go Pios

Sure, but ND is wayyyyyy down the list of offenders as far as this kind of thing is concerned. Hell, many public schools are worse than ND.

There is no love lost between ND and I, and I'm always skeptical of their program with regards to steroids and such, but I don't think it is fair to lump ND in with the rest of the perennial recruiters.

What does the LHSAA have to rule on? If he doesnt move into the district, he will be ineligible. If he moves into ND of Crowley's district, there is nothing wrong or shady about this. If he moved from Northside into Acadiana's district, would you cry foul?

If the LHSAA deems the move to be for athletic purposes, then he will be deemed ineligible for a calendar year. His only chance at maintaining his eligibility at ND is for the family to move into ND's zone. Even then, they'll have to convince the LHSAA that the move was not for athletic purposes.
