Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Shoulders/Traps
I do cardio when I have time after the workout.
Abs and lower back extension every day.
I want to get a good yoga/stretching day in. My hip flexibility is terrible.
I also might go back to a push/pull/legs routine or A/B
Tuesday - Chest

Monday - Deadlift day - each week switches between heavy, and lighter sets
Wednesday - Light Bench
Friday - Squat day - each week switched between heavy and lighter sets
Saturday or Sunday - Heavy Bench day
Wednesday - Light Bench

usually do shoulders, back, chest, legs, arms in some order. Cardio and/or abs on one or two of the days
I'm thinking about doing a thing where I allow myself to work out no less than 3 and no more than 5 times per week. An obsession with going to the gym is not a good thing IMO. Makes you too uptight and prevents you from socializing or doing hobbies.

Legs / Push / Pull / Legs / Push / Pull / Rest
Abs 3-4 times a week, never on leg days since i usually feel like shite at the end of my workout. Run sprints twice a week. Try to foam roll and do stretching/mobility stuff as much as possible for my legs. Sleep like a champion and eat like a machine.
