Heard a question on a radio talk show: WWtOTD?

Was listening to 104.1 while driving and there's apparently a relationship talk show in between songs at night. Anyway, a woman called in with this question:
She dates online and has accounts on a few different sites and apps. On one of the sites she found her friend's husband. On his profile it says he's going through a divorce and looking for "fun girls." She said the friend and the husband aren't actually going through a divorce, and that they're actually renewing their vows this year and have 3 kids. She asked the hosts of the show if they would tell the friend about it if in her position.
The female host said she'd confront the husband about it first, the male host said he wouldn't say anything to anyone. What would you do?

I bet the caller was/is married, too.

I would tell the friend. If it actually is a friend and not just an acquaintance. Otherwise I would probably mind my own business and not gossip about it to the whole city like it seems this chick is doing.

If it was legit a close friend then I'm telling.
If I just knew the person and wasn't close then itms better to not even get involved.

If it's a close friend, she should have the wife come over and "help choose" a guy online, then "accidentally" run across her husband's profile.

Depends on which friend it is. If it was Craig's wife? I'd definitely tell him. But Brian's wife? I'd bang her and not say a word to him. Oh man I'd bang the shite out of Brian's wife

Meddling in a close friend's relationship will backfire 95% of the time, and you will somehow come out looking like the bad guy.
If It was a close friend of mine, or a brother, I would try to find a way to clue him in,without him knowing that I knew anything about it.

I had a somewhat similar situation and I dealt with it by contacting the potential cheater and asking them if they had really thought about the devastating consequences and how it would affect their children and family. I asked them to really think it over and to realize that their actions would greatly affect many people in their life.
They wrote me back and thanked me for not outting them and for handling it like I did and decided that cheating was not worth it. A few months later their spouse was diagnosed with cancer and they realized how much their spouse and the life they had together really meant to them.
Years later they are still together, stronger than ever and so thankful that they did not throw their life away by cheating.

She should just respond to his profile 'as a fun girl'...trade pics, then be like wait I know you...never say a thing after that. That would scare the shite out if me if I was him. He'll either kill her or make up some wild arse excuse why he was trying to pick up his wife's best friend.

What would I do? Gonna need pics of the wife, of course.

Stay out of it despite the urge to do it. That couple has issues and they will be exposed soon enough. He just wants some noncommittal side pussy/knobbers.... In the interim.

If I was single and had friends that were married, and I found one of the SO's on a dating site playing single I would absolutely bring it up. If I am married and on a dating site, I'm not saying shite
