Apologize for her all you want, but the WBB program has regressed to the point of embarrassment. This is her 5th year here, these are all her players and there are no more excuses.
Have you read the rest of the thread? Do you blame the coach that half of her roster is unavailable to her at the moment? If she had a full deck she would be playing to go back to the NCAA's for year 5 in a row. Next year's team will be just fine when everyone is back healthy and the transfers are blended in.

very season the story is about her lack of players. I went to Spokane with the team to the sweet 16 in 2013 and it was a big deal because they did it with 7 players.

to you, women's basketball expert.
I was there. You speak the truth.

The issue here is that there is a steady decline. We recruit nutcases that end up getting suspended. I have never seen so many players suspended or kicked off a team in my life. Its embarassing.
I agree with what she is doing now, keeping the game slow so that they have a chance to win a game but every single season we have had depth issues. From the moment since she was on campus we have ALWAYS had this issue. By year 5 you would think something would have changed and it hasn't. The talent level of next years class is average at best.
I like her and have always and still do support her, and I want her to succeed. My issue is, its not like we have elite talent coming in like football and at least have some hope of being competitive. For the program, we don't have that. Losing Bethel and Jones will be pretty big too. I guess I am at a point where I don't see the point of retaining her. Its going to take years to fix this talent level that has been depleted to that of a Division II school

How does she get paid so much anyway? Do the girls even bring that much revenue in total for the season? Jesus.

Whether anyone is "paying attention" or not is dependent upon having a winning team. It has been proven time, and time, and time again that when this program is winning they draw good crowds. Unless you've only paid attention to the program for the last two years, you'd know that.
Some of you morons are hopeless. You bitch because she's getting paid market value (as if her salary somehow hurts LSU anyway).................but then when it's been shown that she's won and put her team in the NCAA tournament every season she's been here, you then say "yea, but nobody pays attention to women's basketball". What kinda LSU fans are you guys?![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Yeah I read the thread
She is solely responsible for the roster
Five years in and you make excuses for her when she signed ALL of these players
Are you her husband or something?

paid 750k... same amount as CPM.
Ridiculous. Why on earth do they pay so much for such an unimportant program?

Heard they were undefeated before the season started
