Dad has one at the house in 32-40. Not in quite that good of shape but not far off. Some of the wood on the forestock where it meets the metal is banged up and chipped but the action is smooth as ice and 0 rust on it.

Nice, broke.

I have a 111 year old Winchester lever action shotgun, in good shape.
Wonder if they know each other?

Wonder if they've shot at each other. When they were kids

Interesting thought though..

Although, I know where mine has been, lol.
Was supposedly made for the Wells Fargo rider, and one of my grandfathers passed it down to my father. I remember him deer hunting with it off his horse in the 50's,, it's a 10 gauge..

Guess I need to take a polar roid and get it on photobucket...

Very good looking gun. Next time I go to the outlaws imma have to take some pics of my FILs collection.

Prob 60 black powders/ carbines/etc, no duplicates to my knowledge.

I don't know enough to appreciate that stuff.

Very fine rifle in great condition. I'm curious what that appraises for?

I have no idea. It's been in our family since 1903 so it's not going anywhere.
