Just watched this the other night. Stars Tom Hardy.
I thought it was well done. Would recommend.

Not a bad movie but not a great movie either. Hardy did a decent job but there really is not a whole lot going on in the movie, pretty slow. Not going to change your world watching it but you won't regret the time you spent

Agreed. Solid flick, but not really memorable. Great performances by lead actors and supporting cast as well. On par with The Town.

Agreed - not that I enjoyed the ending but their wasn't a debate if he lived or died as compared to sopranos

I did rent it at my hotel and it cost me like 17 bucks. I was bored and wanted to see it..

Spoilers
I only watched it once but maybe I didn't quite catch what he was saying. Did he not tell the fake thug that he killed the guy who repaid the debt to his cousin for his cousin? If so, why would Gandolfini not already know he was a killer and not this wimpy scrub who he can set up for the fall? I think Gandolfini even mentioned the fake thug being the killer of that guy to Hardy early in the movie.

Spoiler: I saw something in one of the trailers that tipped me off.
That made the film pretty dull, at least from my perspective.
