How the hell does a fire get that much out of control in a high rise? Surely they have fire supresssion systems.

You have to hand it to the folks in the United Arab Emirates in that they certainty know how to throw one hell of a New Years Eve Fireworks spectacular. This will be tough to beat IMHO.
