Looking at getting some polarized sunglass for inshore fishing. Anybody got any reccomendations. Thinking Costa's or Maui Jims, any others out there? Any frames or lenses yall prefer.

I've always loved Revo. Get the glass lense.

There are lots out there. Instead of going to Academy, try going to a sunglasses hut or an optical shop. Tell the person you are interested in polarized glasses. you can try on tons of stuff you'd never even think existed.

I just bought some Oakley Turbines with their new PRIZM lenses.

I wanted to go back to the plastic lenses, like the weight and if I touch the lense it doesn't crack. Also I can buy cheaper replacement lenses and do it myself.

FU Costa.

ETA: Oakley PRIZM lenses are made for certain applications. They have shallow and deep water fishing lenses similar to Costa.

Really like the Smith w/ Chromapop I picked up for a trip recently. They're my primary fishing pair right now, and replaced a pair of Kaenons.

I have Mauis and Serengetis which I just use for driving or everyday. What Costas I still have are just back ups and loaners these days.

Maui Jim Breakwall are the shades I grab when I hit the water. My costa's are just dust collectors. Will sell for cheap if interested. No sign of wear. Silver mirror 580's with tortoise frame. Zane is the frame shape.

Save some cash and buy a pair of Natives. Same company as Costa.

I have these and these
I only wear the Costas for fishing now. The Maui's are far superior for everyday wear.
