Here is what I have watched, and in the order I believe as the best.

1. Breaking Bad
2. Game of Thrones (Has potential to be number 1 with good ending)
3. The Newsroom
4. Mad Men
5. House of Cards
6. The Walking Dead
7. Sons of Anarchy
8. True Detective (Season 2 blows)
9. Entourage

I really enjoy political dramas. Thinking about starting on "The West Wing".

What say yall?

I watched West Wing earlier this year. Great series. Took me a few episodes to get into it (an early character or two irritated me), but once you get a feel for the cast, it's really good. Since there are so many episodes, some stretches are a little slow - but when it's good, it's REALLY good. They tend to end seasons with great situations too. One finale in particular was the first time I've ever rewatched an episode of any show immediately after watching it .One of the very few TV series that has moved me to tears (though I cry all the time for movies).

You might enjoy:

Manhattan
The Man in the High Castle
Mr. Robot
Black Mirror

And since you liked Game of Thrones, I highly recommend checking out Vikings.
