He shouldn't be fired if he wins the SEC and makes the playoff. That's too draconian. But if he fails to win the West yet again, he should be released.

Trust me. He is going nowhere now. It has already been put in writing that The next time their is talk of Les leaving it will be of his doing because he would be retiring. He's here until he decides he wants to retire
