Don't they have a no escape clause in place until 2028? So at least until then.

Edit: it's actually 2024.

With the constant squandering of talent, the long term plan doesn't look too good. People aren't gonna watch shitty basketball, and shitty basketball teams with ancient owners look appetizing to other markets.

You can almost guess who starts these ridiculously stupid threads without seeing the name.

I remember the monthly "Davis is leaving after his rookie deal" threads from Chad.

Never started that thread. Davis is a goner after this contract though.

U are delusional if u think there's not a real chance of Pelicans not working out no more than a decade out here

Anything's a possibility. Bud you're just a troll most of the time. I think you can do better. But maybe not.

NBA basketball has been back in NOLA since '02. Thats 12.5 years and some really shitty seasons. A few good though. What makes you think that having one of the best players in the league, an updated arena, state of the art practice facilities, and a local owner is now the death knell? One more season that didn't meet up to expectations?

I realize this city is a football town 1st, but the same thing has been said countless times throughout the years about the Saints. Then they got a ring.
