I don't get the holdup on the Fitness/Workout board. Why can't we get this shite done?

Real answer, 3 months of serious sprint workouts.
Not crossfit, not some stupid HIIT, gym bro workout, but competition (obviously scaled down) level workouts. If you pair this with a good diet you won't have a problem. Drawback, you probably won't hit any max numbers in the gym while doing it.

Get on a flat bench... That you would use for dumbell bench. Get a 25 or so plate, with a 10 to 15 pound dumbell. Grab plate with hands and dumbell with feet. Bring plate all the way back and legs down to even with body at same time, then v up. You're welcome.

Yeah, I should do more sprints.

Everytime I do it in gym, people ask me about it. I "made it up" about 6 years ago. I'm pretty sure someone has done it before, but it was the first time I've seen/done it that way.
I've seen people also use the cable towers for kinda same thing, but I prefer the free movement.

Dayum. What's some good snacks to eat that will help lose stomach fat?
I usually snack on:
Fruit
Veggies and hummus
Pistachios
Mixed nuts
Dried fruit
Low fat string cheese
Hard burled eggs
Wheat crackers
Beef jerky
I don't really eat or drink sugary things. But I don't know if I would trade giving up all carbs/sugar for abs if that's what it takes. But I would like to reduce stomach phat

This is unfun but necessary if you want a six pack. Look at my notes.
Load up on proteins and veggies. Moderate fresh fruit. Minimize nuts. Half of avocado is a good option also.

Fruit - OK but in moderation.
Veggies and hummus - Veggies good but no to the hummus. It promotes inflammation.
Pistachios - Ok but if you are trying to cut fat to get a six pack minimize nuts all together. They can be a crutch.
Mixed nuts - see comments for pistachios
Dried fruit - No, No, No - Sugar is too concentrated. Eat fresh fruit.
Low fat string cheese - not to the dairy
Hard burled eggs - Yes, yes, yes
Wheat crackers - No, if you are trying to cut stay away from these types of carbs.
Beef jerky - ok but watch out for the salt and preservatives. I dry my own and I know exactly what goes into it.

You have as many choices for weighted that you for non weighted.
Dumbbell crunches on stability ball
Kneeling Cable crunches
Weighted straight leg raises
Weighted Russian twists
Dumbbell Otis ups
Weighted planks
Cable wood choppers
Oak tree step outs
Weighted ab wheels
These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Google them if you don't recognize them. Don't be afraid to go heave either if you really want mass. Like 8-15 rep max heavy. Of course non of this matters if you aren't already low body fat.
As for those saying avoid milk and dairy. BS. I go through a gallon of milk a week. As long as it's skim and you stay out of a state of caloric excess while avoiding the shitty foods its fine in moderation.

Sabi do you do kneeling cable crunches? Those and a few machines are the only weighted ab exercises I do. Also try toes to bar and dragon flags. The dragon flags are extremely difficult unless you have a ton of abdominal strength.
