do you give a rats arse about the reasons that a poster mentioned above me. He would absolutely kill the boosters who are major donors because of his personality. Have you ever heard him do an interview. He looks and acts spaced out on some kind of drug. There are reasons, and let me repeat for the slow of thinking, there are reasons a big time program has not hired him. and TT and WSU are not big time programs even though they play in a P5 conference.

Boosters care about wins and if your school can afford a half decent D cordinator. Leach could be one of the best. Every where he's gone he's done it with terrible talent 2 and 3 stars. Imagine what he could do with 8 four stars every recruiting class.

I have always viewed Leach as that person that is so damn smart that he seems wierd and has no social skills. He seems very eccentric. He is probably a genius. And I don't think he gives a shite about what people thinks of him.

I have said that Kentucky should hire him. I could see him doing well at Missouri also.

I love the pirate and this stint has probably rehabbed his image a bit, but I think he is still a bit radioactive to administrators at major schools who don't want the risk. I think he will eventually move to a mid level ACC type school. I could have seen something like a Va Tech.

The only other batshite crazy guys I can think of are Petrino and Holgorsen. They get jobs. But, the type of place that would get tons of top recruits probably wouldn't take a shot with them.

I agree. He likely has a very high IQ and just wants to do his thing. Reminds me of a research-oriented doc I used to work with a few years back. He was one of the smartest guys I've ever met but, outside of work, he had no use for others. Hell, he didn't know what was going on in the outside world.

He was a lawyer.

Wazzou has what? 3 losses this yr? Lost the last game with a bsckup qb and a few weeks earlier csme within a missed fg of beating stanford.

Wazzou was a perrienal botton feeder before leach

They are really young too. He's got the ship going in the right direction. Honestly, if I am Leach, I ride out my tenure at WSU. They will love him there if they are perennially bowl eligible.

The pressures and scrutiny of head coaching a major program would drive him even crazier than he already is.

Think of Bo Pelini's "frick the fans" moment, but saying it to Buffy and Tad instead.

Great gif. Looks like he is wanting insight from the Mother Ship as to which play to call next.
