They know that as long as Miles is here there will be no Championships, they are doing all they can to try and sway public opinion so that the LSU board will keep Miles. They know the LSU record in the SEC over the past 3 years, they know about Clock Management issues, offenses that rank among the worst year in and year out,and yet are loading the NFL with talent, they know how undisciplined LSU teams are, lead league in penalties, ect ect ect

And everyone of those talking heads at that desk have taken many shots at Les over his tenure. From clock management to the time he said "woo hoo" after winning the title in 2007. Now they support him.

Hypocrits, all of them.

Do you like LSU or do you only care about Les Miles?

I think Mikes is calculated and knows what he's doing here. He played LSU like a fiddle in 2012 so let's not act like he some little delicate flower.

I can't believe it but Pollack is the only one who gets it on ESPN.

In the interview with the female reporter about the Gridiron club meeting, he had a little smile ... could it have been an "I know something you don't know" smile??

People saying Miles is "fueling the fire" are dumb too. So are people saying Herbstreit is "in the bag" for Bama, whatever that means. I generally like Herby fwiw. Just because I agree with something Pollack says and disagree with Herby's sentiment doesn't mean I "love" one or "hate" the other. Not everything has to be an extreme.

The issue here is not keep/fire Les. It is the classless way it is transporting. Alleva did the same with the Lacrosse non-rape. He is the first son of a bitch that should be fired. He is an arse that I detest.

The only person fueling this fire is Les himself

So please explain to me how Les is fueling this fire? Is it because of what some "gridiron members" quoted out of context? Miles is not doing anything other than preparing for the game. He thanked his backers like he always does. So what. He is all class and has done nothing wrong. You can call his coaching skills average but the MAN called Les Miles is a great human being.

That's a stupid question considering I have said on numerous posts that it's time for a change.

But that doesn't mean i can't still enjoy what we had with the Les Miles era and point out the bull shite many of you are constantly spewing to hate on the man.

Hmmm ok. I just don't perceive him as pandering for attention or sympathy this week. He just seems like a guy who knows it's over at LSU.

Herbie said why not hire a new OC? Where has he been? We've tried that and it doesn't work. Why? Because Les Miles.

yes but you can't say that a light hasn't finally gone on in Miles head this season. They have tried often this season to be a more modern looking offense this season but have just failed miserable at it. Should have been implemented long ago so maybe you fire Miles for that reason or you could try again but go in a different direction with a OC who takes a different approach than the past OC's have taken.
