What do all of these schools have in common?

1979 Sundown (TX) HS (assistant)

1980–1983 Sweetwater (TX) HS (assistant)

1984–1985 Hamlin (TX) HS

1986–1987 Georgetown (TX) HS

1988–1999 Stephenville (TX) HS

2000–2002 Texas Tech (RB)

2003–2007 Houston

2008–present Baylor

I live in Waco and work at Baylor. He turned down both Tx Tech and Texas to stay at Baylor. I think he is done rebuilding programs. He also just bought a big ranch on the Bosque River. He will retire at Baylor and pass the baton to his son, Kendall. His offense might be a 'gimmick,' as some on this board have stated, but it would do much better than the crap currently being put on the field. LSU has been running that same toss-dive since I was a student there in the 80s.
