This is not the fault of the current "coaching situation". This is Miles' and Cameron's fault. Over the past month, Franks sees how we can't develop at QB. I know high school kids are sketchy when it comes to making big decisions like this, but this kid committed a LONG time ago and has been loyal since. Thoughts?

Yet another reason for Miles to go!

I put that up about 20 minutes ago and the thread was whacked. Will this one be whacked as well?

just shows kid has a brain. If you were a QB or a WR would you want to come to LSU and play in this offense? (I know, but what about Mett, Landry and OBJ?) Those three could have gone to Nichols state and still would be stars in the NFL right now.

In his letter, he stated he has been deciding for a month about decommiting..... He saw we cant develop QBs and that Harris will likely be here two more years. No kid wants to redshirt, especially where his development may be hindered.

His top two recruiters (Cameron and Pevito) will not be on staff next year even if Miles stays. Can you blame him for looking elsewhere? Good luck to him and I have no ill feelings towards him, but if you not a Tiger you Tigerbait

"but we run a 'pro style' offense". Watch the NFL on any given Sunday and then come back and try to say what we run looks anything at all like what NFL teams run. Their is a reason they call the NFL a pass happy league.

You'll see more shotgun, 3 and 4 wr sets, more wide open, full on offenses, more of what the diehards on here like to call gimmicky high school offenses, in the NFL than you will in an actual high school game.

Depending on the name of the new coach (if there is one ) and when it's announced, recommits are possible right?

You know Franks came here and read up seeing all the backing from "loyal" LSU fans....I am sure he wants to get treated just like Miles is getting treated...

Yea, because now all of a sudden the rant has turned into a sh*t show, and hasn't been one the last 7 years.
