Whoops. For some reason I thought an acre was about 63,000 sq. feet. It's been a long time since I've done any conversions on small tracts like house lots.

One of my old HS classmates lives right by that house. It is absolutely insane in person.
This house is a fortress. They have a safety room and it can withstand CAT5.
