Anybody watching the "Hunting Hitler" show on History?

I had no idea they declassified a lot of the info about his death last year. The show is very interesting. The bones supposedly buried by the Russians who claim they were Hitlers were DNA tested and found to be a womans. Several FBI documents report he was alive and well in Argentina. There is really no evidence that he shot himself and was doused with gas and burned to be non recognizable. I always thought that was fact. Any WW2 people on here should watch the series.
Anybody think it's possible for him to have escaped and made it? They think he was in a bunker in a remote town in Argentina.

Possible but very unlikely. It would have been very hard to get out of Germany disguised as a refugee. And he wouldn't have been able to deal with a world that defeated his ideology. Having to live off the grid and never seek power again would be unbearable. So odds are he really did off himself.

I agree but they did have that web of people helping smuggle the Nazis out. Several high profile ones were captured in South America so I could see it being possible. But with his Parkinsons and yearning for power I agree he probably did. This show keeps showing evidence that he did not however.

Sure some Nazis got out but Hitler? Nein! He would have been instantly recognizable and someone at some point would have turned him in. No way people resist that.
The Russians capturing him? Nein! He NEVER would have allowed that. Too much of a coward.
His megalomania and the collapse of the Reich makes suicide the obvious answer. Now that doesn't mean he wouldn't have the location of the corpse faked so his actual remains could be properly buried. That's the kind of sick crap that nut job would pull.
