We had multiple windows replaced After the flood and Window world did a great job. Yes the installers were Subs but I watched them every step of the way and they worked diligently and efficiently. My in-laws know the Window World owners and they are good people. Two of my neighbors got relief windows and they were less than satisfied. The relief Windows salesperson was visibly annoyed after he gave me the quote and I told him we would call him back which I thought was unprofessional. We were shopping around which is perfectly normal and understandable.

I used Window World. 17 windows for only $3700 on a rental house. Absolutely no problems. Rare that a company tells you what they are going to do for a set price and actually does it without any trouble at all.

I called three locals, no one would come give give me a bid on 8 windows. It was going about 18 months ago. LAS I called three times and the last time I called and spoke to sales Mgr- I can assure some one will call you back - idiots.
So I called sears and ww. I just wanted atleast 2 bids to compare.
This month we decide to change one of the front windows - so I only called ww.

We had ww replace all of our windows 5 years ago. The kids broke a pane with a basketball a few months ago. I called ww to ask for a replacement quote. (And told her ab the basketball) The girl says all windows have lifetime warranties. Sweet!!! They will be replacing for free.

Complete opposite of our experience with LAS. Our remodel was a few years back and had zero issues from start to finish.

Buddy used Relief and was very pleased.

I have heard good things about WW as well.

So, no help.
