Charles basically nailed it! - In Bama's loss, they get a pass for having 5 turnovers and in their win against the Aggies they get the credit for being the recipient of many turnovers. Bama always get's the credit no matter how they play.
Doesn't matter that the Bama bias won't end, Tigers will win. All that matters.

I always like those. I'm sure to a lot of people he comes off as a conspiracy theorist tin-foil hat guy, but the sheer level of vitriol with which he speaks just makes me love it.

He called it last year at a time when I had little faith we could keep it close. If Beckwith hadn't missed most of 2nd Q, or Jennings hadn't thrown that pitiful INT on a 3yd slant a minute before half, or the penalty on Vadal.
His rant on everything Bama really set the stage. Same feelings I had in Tuscaloosa in '11.

This clearly shows how biased the media, ESPN in particular, is towards Bama. LSU has two bone head plays on Special Teams against Florida that directly lead to touchdowns (one was a touchdown) and yet you hear crickets about it. Without those plays the Florida game boarders on a blow out. But Bama gets beat with 5 FORCED turnovers, and you get the bull shite "well without those turnovers...". Ridiculous. I don't think the media has as much influence over the committee as you think honestly.
This is not the old poll system and given how backloaded some schedule are around the country + conference championships I think it's likely that even if Bama won out they wouldn't necessarily get in.
