are you fricking kidding me? That was the best show HBO had in the spring/summer outside of Game of Thrones

Literally my favorite show of the last 6 months. I really laughed at this one.

Season 1 was only 52% on Metacritic - reviews were pretty average critically speaking.

It was not great but OK to me. Jack Black is a clown and its hard to
look at him any different. Tim Robins was solid

I really tried to like this show. Somewhere in the middle of a scene with Jack Black herding a bunch of Pakistani girls through the embassy, I lost patience and deleted the series. I didn't hate it or anything, but life is short. To me it alternated between really clever and entertaining and really cliched and boring. I mean all that bullshite with the pilots in the house in the desert was lame as hell. It just never found it's sweet spot to me.

Waiting patiently for Silicon Valley. Funniest show ever.

Loved the first season but it was hard to see where else they could take the series without shark jumping

HBO cancelled "bored to death" for fricking "girls"

The brink was ok, but I hate leftovers and right now I'm not getting money's worth in content

GOT, Silicon Valley, veep and TD, that's it

Not enough

Pretty much my feelings, I teally liked Robbins in the show but the rest especially the pilots were blah to me. There were though wayyyy worse shows on HBO namely Girls and Leftovers

Even if I did like it, that's not enough

They don't have quantity, and when girls is on, that's their show for 3 months and there's nothing else

Some show about queer dudes...yawn. Now it's the leftovers, what else?

If not for spring, I don't really watch it at all. What's in fall? Boardwalk is over, what do they have to replace it?

I never watch HBO in the fall at all. This really dissappoints me. I absolutely loved "The Brink". I hope this was just because of the actor's schedules and not because HBO didn't like the series. Hopefully, it will come back somehow. The next season was perfectly set up.

I think they're pushing Vinyl to replace it - that's BE's showrunner doing that.

I like that part - they were all calling him "Uncle Creepy", then he started referring to himself as such.

I thought the acting was excellent for such a silly premise. The pilots were great, too.

I liked all of it.

HBO has given some horrible shows second seasons... wtf???

Maybe the cast was demanding too high of a salary?
