You just described almost every new neighborhood built by DR Horton or the like in EBR, Ascension and Livingston Parishes in the last 10-15 years. It is not limited to Denham by any means. The only difference really is price. It aint quality....

I never said it was limited to Denham Springs. I am saying there is a much higher percentage of homes in the Juban Rd area that are DR Horton style homes.
The vast majority of homes people are buying in the Juban rd area are the shitty DR Horton tuscan/french villa style homes in cramped neighborhoods with garage doors in the front. You can't say that about EBR, although they do exist.
