Does anyone struggle with severe anxiety?

I am currently on medication and I go to therapy, its gotten better but its such a huge struggle. I have random panic attacks and they are the worst feeling in the world. Right now I guess I can say I am somewhat a hypochondriac. My mom was diagnosed with stave IV non-Hodgins Lymhoma and showed no symptoms what so ever. So sometimes it makes me worry that their could be something wrong with me, I just don't know. I know its stupid for me to be worrying about this stuff but it just makes me wonder ya know.

Social anxiety, same feeling as stage fright. Unfortunately my kids seem to have the same thing going on.

I suffer from anxiety due to my stutter. When i have to speak to a group of people at work sometimes I feel the panic attack coming.

Drink some whiskey and walk it off.

What meds do they have you on? I also suffer from high anxiety and I've been prescribed Buspar 15
Mg/ 3x day and I'm not sure if it helps or not.

Sounds like a great reason to get a Xanax script

Do something with your hands. Woodworking. Build something. Build a table. Sell it on Craigslist. Build another table or something else. Sell it on Craigslist. Repeat.
Plan a hiking trip in the Grand Canyon. To stay overnight in the canyon you need a permit. You need to apply for that permit like five months in advance. Use that time to exercise and get in shape for the hiking. Such a trip will give you purpose, a reason to get up in the morning.
After the trip, well, to me it's always feels like a downer. The reason for getting up in the morning ain't there no more. Which is why you need something like woodworking to come back to.

Had a doctor tell me anxiety is known to cause tumors. I thought that's great. Stutter, anxiety and cancer. I'm gonna hit the fricking trifecta.

Screw it, I'll answer. Yes.
Used to feel as if I had 24 hour puppy love... Butterflies in the stomach is what I am referring to. Miserable.
20 mg Lexapro really helps, although it's not 100% effective. The rest us simply maturity and perspective.

I get anxiety when I'm around a lot of people I don't know. For instance, we went to New Orleans last spring and got on one of those trolleys and I got sick to my stomach being around a bunch of unknown people. If it makes you feel better go to the doctor and have them run test on you and maybe that will ease your mind, although, it will cost you lots of money of course.
