My employer pays 100% of my Health, Dental, Vision, and Aflac supplemental insurance. They also pay 75% of my wife and child's as well.

$400 per month for myself, wife and kid (additional kids aren't any extra). $600 deductible, 80/20 plan with very low co-pays through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Not too bad especially considering the low deductible. $25 per month for dental and $8 per month for vision.

Myself and family around $800/month

Self and family, $213.31 every two weeks. FWIW, Blue Cross.

About $120 a month for BCBS, ADD,Dental and Vision
$3000 deductible for the health insurance for $27 a week it covers most normal stuff for a $10 copay and 80/20 for the big shite
I can't remember the specifics on the vision and dental but it's not bad coverage for the little I pay.
The ADD is cheap and just a hedge against what the company provides

I get Blue Cross family plan with no deductible. My work takes 54 dollars a week out of my check. So a little over 200 a month. No deductible makes it worth it. Also get full dental and vision through my wife's work for about 10 dollars a week.

I'm retired military and use Tricare Basic so we don't pay for it, per se. (Some consider those years of service payment enough). It pays 80% after a $150 deductible with a $300 family max deductible. Not bad and certainly better than what my daughter and her husband have to pay for theirs. Screw Obamacare.....

Company covers my portion.
I think I pay $200/mo for 3 kids.
$500 deductible, 80/20, $1500 max out of pocket.
