This is a 6 inch rough country lift. put it on in 2008, have not had any problems with it at all, so i'd recommend the brand for sure. Those are 35x12.50's, was trying to find a pic with me next to it to give it some height reference. Its a good size though, not too high. 6 inches on a super duty seems to be a lot more than 6 inches on mine...
that sounds dirty

, i really love them AMp Powered running boards that tuck underneath and open when doors open.
my dad has these on his camp truck, F-150, about the same size as mine, maybe a little bigger, but also a 6 inch lift. those things are awesome, I don't like nerf bars or steps down there permanently

I wouldn't, those F250's are tall enough imo. I put a slight lift on my Tacoma but that bitch was low rider once those shitty springs wore in.

yeah, doesn't look too high. I would have thought for sure you have a 4.5 incher.
sounds dirty still.

Chad, how much do you want to spend? Carli makes the best lifts available for Super Dutys. PMF makes a great kit too. BDS is only one step down from PMF.
Icon makes great stuff too, but springs are pretty stiff. Good if you have a front heavy bumper.
I run a 2.5" spring lift and 295/65/20 STT Pro tires on my F250.

Always liked the way your truck looked

thanks, man. It looks a little different now that it's got different wheels, fender flares, steps, and a bed cover.
oh, and it hasn't been that clean again since that picture was taken.

It was...now it's just always dirty.
PSA to all considering them. DO NOT BUY KMC ROCKSTAR WHEELS!
I went through 3 sets on my truck. they kept getting hairline fractures and leaving me with a flat. KMC knows about the issue and replaced all of them and eventually let me pick a different wheelset. apparently the issue is very common with the dodge 2500-3500's and the F250-350s.

I can't understand any need, want or desire to lift a newer 250. You can easily fit 35's stock. A leveling kit clears room for 37's. Any bigger and it should come with Truck Nutz.

a 3" lift only lifts rear by 2 " and gives front a ever so slightly leveled look with still a slight balanced lean.
3" lift raises front by extra 1 inch
1.5" leveling kit so half inch difference.
moral of story, 3" lift can give more natural look when towing etc..

Does not look balanced at all. Way front high. Towing would make it look worse, and you could coon hunt with the headlights.

What suspension package do you have? Overload spring or no?
If no, it'll squat and not be level regardless.

i'm stock yo. i might do my delete first so when i do lift i'll be closer to needing new tires.

Yea but what suspension package do you have stock? Ex: My XLT has an overload spring, my dad's Lariat did not. My truck rides like arse empty, and like a dream with a 8000lb trailer on it, my dad's truck rode like a dream empty, and like arse when loaded.
All those smaller/cheaper lift kits don't really change anything for rear suspension, the amount of lift is provided by a spacer block between the rear axle and factory leaf spring.
