It's no surprise that this and the first episode are my 2 favorites. Simple, easy interactions, great build, none of the other fricknuts.

They finally explained what happened to all the bodies....

and what are the odds that you could survive a direct hit to a cruise ship from about 250 miles up?

I don't even think about that stuff anymore. Him on the water bike was just hilarious.

They are still billing Sudekis as a guest star.

I wonder if they only plan to revisit his plot/trek every once in a while or if it will be a short story arc over the next few episodes.

I think he disappears again until the season finale, maybe shows up once in an episode in Tucson looking for Phil.

Every time Sudeikis is on I am a bit tense because I figure that they are going to kill him in some unexpected fashion. He's kind of too big of a "star" to be on the show with any regularity.

Pretty good so far. Curious if they'll hit on the brother today or keep going back and forth each episode between them

Not like he's popping out movies every year. He's about as big as he needs to be to be on a tv show

Seriously, what the hell? What is Fox going to show during that slot that is so important?

It's not season 3. It's still season 2. There was just a break.

And yeah a 3 week break is stupid. It's like they are trying to kill the show. I wish they would just move it to another night.

Three week break is fricking stupid.

Decent episode last night. Toddler (fricking LOVE that nickname) is beasting with two women throwing themselves at him. I think I'd choose January Jones. Not only is she hotter, but she's at least a decent person after she's been a bitch. Gayle is a bitch AND insane. JJ is the lesser of two evils for sure there.

Bhil's funeral was awesome with Todd singing Chumbawamba. And then Phil toasting "We drink a whiskey drink. We drink a vodka drink."

Phil freaking the frick out about not raising the baby was a little weird, but I busted out laughing every time he looked up and was like "I miss you, brother." And him finding the license and seeing that Bhil's middle name was Stacy was great.

Overall, not the best episode, but still a lot of hilarious moments. I could definitely use a little more Phil/Carol interaction though.

Why is Fox doing this all over the place lately?

I feel like Bob's Burgers had multiple week breaks this season. Now they're doing it to LMoE as well?

I loved that part too.

I'm curious how they'll intertwine the 2 storylines. I know it helps advance things by focusing on the original crew 1 episode then sudekis in another, but it woudl also be nice to see both in the same ep at some point. Are we assuming the storylines will continue to converge leading up to a meeting in teh finale?

Also I can't remember....did htey leave signs in Tucson saying they are now in cali?

And here's a dumb question...but how much food supply can they realistically ahve at this point? I konw canned goods last a while but as we saw with that psycho on the boat even the canned stuff is starting to spoil. At some point this is going to be an issue right?

I don't remember exactly, but I thought they did leave something.

It really kinda depends I guess. If almost all of the population died quickly, then there would be almost an infinite supply around you to scavenge. I know we've talked about this before, but where are the animals? There would be an endless number of them around to eat as well.

But this isn't really a show that I try to overanalyze. It's more of a "sit back and watch the Tandyman do his thang" kinda show.

on a related note, how much time has passed? I know it's been at least a couple years.
