I appreciate all of the feedback thanks 
The HR rep asked if I knew macros but didn't mention VBA. I guess I will just review all of the advanced functions and not bother learning with it.
Is it worth it to learn how to write macros or is that something that most employers will provide for you as well?

I don't think it is that difficult and if she mentioned macros that typically means VBA (VBA is the language used to write macros in excel) I used VBA for dummies and power programming in excel to learn how to write macros.
