Dangerous Pitbull Back On the Streets

Pitbull Is Just Misunderstood
The dog is now allowed to terrorized and attack neighbors again. I guess 19 separate incidents wasn't enough to euthanize the dog.

Sweet dogs. Great with children.
Some antifreeze is needed.

Why can't you people understand that this is a socioeconomic problem and not a problem of race or culture.
When Pitbulls are able to openly walk the streets without fear of being detained or shot by local PD then maybe they will stop lashing out.

One more incident and he's a goner though.

I found Milwaukee's "version" of the Lower Garden District last week - tons of liberal white chicks with pit bulls and the requisite "they're misunderstood!" "adopt a pitbull" bumper stickers on their 2004 Subaru hatchbacks
These are the type of dog owners who boast about how they "rescued" their dog and I enjoy telling them that Sir Winston's father was actually flown in from the Emerald Isle to breed his litter. And they look at me with disdain.

Do you think a .40 or 9mm would be adequate? I don't own a judge, but thought of getting ine.

I see the following restrictions/decisions:
1) deemed dangerous
2) dangerous dog signs
3) muzzle when outside
Do they have a fenced in yard? If so then how does he keep getting out? Pretty sure #4 restriction should be a fenced in yard.

To be fair most of the 'incidents' were being reported loose. They also suspect their dog hating gay hating neighbor had been letting him out on purpose. This has two sides. I'm friends with the lesbians other neighbors. But fact is he did bite that one dude.

9mm would be plenty adequate IF you could hit the intended target, a large dog running toward you at 20+ mph.
Overkill is very much justified in this case

An animal control officer who responded to one of the complaints, testified about his encounter with Jack.
"The deputy and I walked down the driveway and the dog came charging down the driveway at us," the officer said.
Missed a prime opportunity right there to solve this problem once and for all.

If the dog is required to wear a muzzle outside then I don't see the issue.

Muzzle on; don't shoot

I guess my issue with the judge is it seems to me .410 shot doesn't penetrate a target that much.

300wm would not be overkill.
